interfilm is proud to present the first ever ShortVisions International Short Film Festival to be held in Ningbo, China. Opening tonight, the festival in seven days will showcase 27 programmes packed with over 250 short films and bring numerous international filmmakers to China. Responsible for the artistic direction and most of the organisation, interfilm Berlin has been working closely with the Ningbo Cultural Plaza for 6 months to establish the festival.
